RM easiteach wont save in USB

one of my teacher told me he coudnt save the rm easiteach in to a usb(16GB). i gave it a go. when try to save it to a usb its saying File is too big to save in this single dise. press continue to saving across multiple disk. i formated the disk but nothing to do with Flas disk Why is that? any ideas?

FAT32 file size limit is 4GB, I think.

 

The teacher needs to try saving to his Home/network drive to see if the problem is with Easitteach. Assuming the file can be saved to a network drive - have a look to see how big it is!

 

If it's less than 4GB - copy and paste should suffice.

 

He could also try reformatting the drive as NTFS.

yes its can save to loacal/network . but its only 20KB. thn can be save to memory stick. its FAT32. how to format the usb in to NTFS?

when i try to right click n format theres no option as NTFS?

I have also had this problem too. Did you or anyone else find a fix for this issue?
