What do you mean? Do you mean a redistributable runtime? Or visual studio?

Redistributable runtime please.

The Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable download on Microsoft's website lists Windows Installer as a prerequisite, and that was the giveaway. If you unpack the download using 7-Zip, there's another .exe inside. Unpack that one, and you'll find an MSI and CAB file.
