fafster Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 What are the maximum number of client connections allowed by Ultimate? I foolishly set up a secondary print server on Vista Business, to take some of the load off the primary server. After spending ages trying to figure out why some machines were mapping the printers whilst others weren't, I realised that Business will only allow ten connections. Everything's set up and it works fine until more than ten machines try mapping printers.

Time to invest in a cheapy printserver - although setting up your machines to print via a TCP/IP port rather than SMB might fix it?
