Hi,

I am just setting up the new Moodle site for school. The server is running IIS7.

I am getting a few error messages and i was wondering if someone can help.

I am getting error 500 when i try to restore a course.

I am also getting error 404 when i browse to http://vle.school.com/admin - The files exist on the server but the browsers won’t pick them up.

I am not sure if it is the PHP configuration, i have attached it.

Can anyone help please?

PS: i have set iis to pickup index.php that isnt a problem if i go to http://vle.school.com/admin/index.php i still get problems.

Thanks

@FN-GM:

Why not set a box up with ubuntu on and then install moodle on there thats what we have done let's us use LDAP authentication doesn't take much to set up.

Because the server is used for other stuff i have been told to stick it on this and thats all. I dont have much say where it goes. Myself i would use apache but not my call.

I have fixed the probelm with getting to the admin area by making a change to the config.php file but i am still getting the probelms when resoring a course.
