System Center Configuration Manager

We've been reading up on MS's System Center Configuration Manager. Anyone use it and is it any good ??

This is the best I can do at the moment:

 

Had it installed in a VM the other day (sccm,wsus,sql), destroyed the VM and decided I should move the SQLDB to another server. Still trying to get that working.

 

When it was working, it looked quite good, but quite complicated. Check out this vid on its use:

Eeeek !!!

 

Lets just say the SQL database was quite intensive on the cpu.
