Smoothwall not able to update anymore

Hi all,

 

We have a Smoothwall School Guardian setup here that appears to no longer be able to install system updates. All we get is a 'failed MD5' message (I've checked the MD5 and they're the same).

 

Downloading the updates and applying them manually gives the following result: 'The update could not be installed. It is either corrupt, or it is for a different versin'.

 

This always used to work but it seems for the past month or two it hasn't updated anything.

 

On an unrelated note - we are getting a message saying the boot partition is full. It is but I don't know what to do about it.

 

Any ideas?
