Jamo Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Reinstall iTunes and Quicktime. The problem here is that you are using iTunes Ive never had issues with iTunes but it is an awful piece of software. I worked at PC world for a long time and never came across that issue either so would recommend a full backup / factory reset if all else fails! Tis a sure way to fix it!
lionsl2005 Posted March 31, 2009 Author Posted March 31, 2009 yah i did that so. un installed and re installed i tune but no luck. so might go for factory reset
Fridge Posted April 30, 2009 Posted April 30, 2009 I had this problem with Vista Ultimate 64-bit it was for my girlfriends ipod and i wasn't going to remaster my PC for that so i installed Songbird which is like itunes but better and it all worked fine.
