Frog and MyBB/other...

This is probably a complete long shot, but hey. We recently got Frog installed, but the student forum system is absolutely terrible, lacking any sort of features including BBCode, post editing, etc. I'm just wondering how feasible it would be to integrate another forum platform into Frog in place of their poorly designed one, possibly MyBB? We have professional PHP coders on hand, so no worries if slight recoding is required.

I seem to remember when I looked at Frog it was fairly easy to set up an embedded page, which would probably allow you to do it.

 

Alternatively (or in addition) as Messa says, Frog did strike me as a company very willing to listen to their customers.

You can embed a page with it hosted on another internal/external server as jamesb said.

 

The frog community is ideal for ideas on improvements, i'm sure something like that will have been suggested already but if not just let them know
