I need a CC3 experienced engineer (senior level/junior network managers level) to work on a temp to perm basis (start straight away) for a school in South London. Because of the time constraints I can only look at already CRB cleared engineers.

If you are available, have cc3 and crb clearance then please drop me a line asap

FYI CRBs can only be caried out by the employer who the employee will be working for, therefore there isnt such thing as someone who is already CRB cleared

CRB's are done locally by LEA's (South London (ish) ones being Bexley & Bromley etc). If you've a valid CRB from within the same LEA then it should be accepted, from outside they may well want to re-apply for you.

CRB's transfer across the same LEA because you are in effect, changing positions with the same employer. For other purposes (pension, redundancy etc) your date of employment start is deemed to be the date you first started at post within the LA. They don't (or shouldn't) transfer from VA Schools, Foundation Schools, Academies, where the Governing Body is deemed to be the employer - or indeed between LAs.
