Just had a guy from Ricoh talking about replacing all our existing printers and replacing them with Ricoh printers which we then pay for annually on a print volume basis. The annual payment covers toner, parts and maintenance.

They look at how many printers we've got, the current printing volumes and how much we pay for toner and maintenance and then come up with proposal with an estimated cost/annum.

Are any of you guys using such a service? If so have you any comments warts and all!
