Exchange 2003 - Mailboxes

Hi All,

 

I am having real trouble with one of our users E-Mail Accounts, she can send and receive as normal.

 

When she receives say E-Mails she can open and read them as normal. But when she logs out and logs back in again a few hours later to see if she has any new messages theone that were there this morning have gone.

 

I have tested this and its true as I was a bit dubious to start with! Any ideas andybody?

 

I'v looked on the mailbox storage and it is showing that she has over 200 emails in her storage box but none of them are showing up!

How are they accessing their mail? Is it OWA or via a client such as Outlook?

Is there a setting to "Show only unread mail"?

There is, and last time a user here had that problem it was because they had done exactly that.
