paulfirestone Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Does anyone know if it is possible to make your own software for Ergo's Free To Teach? We have been looking at this system but are worried it seems to cost lots for each package to get our software on it. Has anyone had any experience of Ergo and Free To Teach? Paul
bertster Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Yes it is possible and I've built a fair number of packages and used Free2Teach to distribute them. I've got some basic instructions somewhere if you want a copy? Once the package is built it rather straightforward. Ergo where offering msi's at £25 each for clients with a current support contract. 1
paulfirestone Posted March 23, 2009 Author Posted March 23, 2009 Thanks. If you could post the instructions here that would be really useful. Have you (or anyone else) had any dealings with their support? We've tried to ask them a couple of technical questions but they seem to get stuck if it isn't in the script.
ba9ag Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 Hi there, those instructions would be helpful for me too. Creating and deploying msi's is ok, but how do you get shortcuts in? Thanks in advance
