Funding/Grants for IT in School

Hello all,

 

I'm trying to find some funding for my primary school I work in so I can equip all of our year 4,5 & 6 with a netbook and maybe throw out a mini wifi cloud in the local area.

 

Anyone know of any nice little pots of money out there ???? (I've tried the end of a rainbow!)

Not sure if this is any good - deals with the computers for pupils funding, and I haven't looked at it in any detail. It's probably been lost in the mists of government... but anyway:

Looks good. I rang them and they said monies would be distributed via our local authority.

 

Sorry, did I say "distributed".

I meant "placed discreetly into the back pocket of some fat ****er after doing a hugely dodgy deal with an approved supplier and being forced to buy obsolete crappy old stock equipment nobody else wants at double the RRP!"

 

End of rant.

 

Anyway its funding for secondary schools only (KS3,KS4)
