Win2K Server RSM Database / Veritas Backup problem

My Win2K server recently failed it's backup with Veritas Backup Exec 10.0. The error message 0xe000fe5c led me to V-79-57344-65116 and that to

Following the instruction at that Forum and renaming the files and restarting the Removable Storage Service as listed then retrying the back up brought the same error.

 

The only thing I can see different in my action from the listing was the NtmsData and NtmsReg files in the forum seem to live in the NtmsData Export sub directory. Mine were directly in the Ntmsdata folder? Any suggestions please. :?:
