Ports for OWA Exchange 2007?

Sorting out the paper work for the necessary OWA access through SWGfL. I'm reading conflicting issues regarding which ports to open, etc.

 

Purely for OWA access (not smtp feed), do I need both 443 (SSL) and 80 open ? Some have suggested Port 80 is also required, some have not.

If you are using https you only need 443

if you are using http you only need 80

Only want to use https. I guess I could force a re-direct on the http to go to https?

If you open both ports it IIS will do it itself no need to change anything.

 

I would just use 443 less of a security risk.
