MP3 Player with unusual function....

Our music department are wanting to buy 40 MP3 players. All fine and good, EXCEPT they want players with a 'slow play' function...

 

I know Tascam do something like this, but I imagine they will be horrifically expensive.

 

Does anyone know of a player that can do this ?

You can get the MP-GT1 for about £140. Not cheap for an MP3 player.
