mullet_man Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Got in this morning to both admin servers displaying this error. Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO No one could access the servers, restarted seems to fix, but then went down again. A second restart seems to have sorted, but now have a strange problem with all users being locked out Any ideas? to either problem?
superfletch Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 (edited) You probably tried it already but A Windows Server 2003-based computer may stop responding when it is resumed from standby and events 1030 and 1058 are logged in the application log of a domain controller looks very similar Look under the symptoms (description part) and it looks very similar to your issue...
