budgester Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 We also use nagios, and use it to monitor some of our HP printers. We are currently monitoring 94 hosts. I also use the Nagios/Thunderbird plugin. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/3607 Which is useful.
plexer Posted March 2, 2009 Posted March 2, 2009 We use GroundWork Open Source IT Monitoring and Network Monitoring Software which uses nagios for the monitoring but it provides an easy way to set it up. Ben

Agreed. I use it here, very useful. Just wish it was a little more usable with non-hp printers.
