MRBS - Bulk upload

Hi,

 

We are using MRBS in College to book IT Suites out. I have been playing with it for a few days to try and tweak it a little and am having difficulty trying to find an easy way to upolad a years timetables in one go.

 

We operate a two week timetable, so this causes issues with using the repeat function when there are holidays of an uneaven number of weeks (old money half terms especially) meaning we have to input each lesson manually. Rubbish!!

 

Can anyone help with how this can be done?

I update ours from the school timetable by automatically hand making bookings !?

 

I thought about direct database access but decided it was simpler to fool mrbs into thinking bookings were being made by a user, I use Python to fetch urls, each of which is a booking (from the timetable).

 

You could use whatever system you like to fetch the urls, the format was pretty straightfoward.

We do it by hand. But if you find a better method please could you let me know how.
