Our email storage is blocked up completely - despite us asking staff to delete they never do!

 

I must of spent 3 hours the other day going through emails from Sept 08.

I deleted about 100 now and about 100 or more yesterday - could do with a 2mb limit per user instead of 200 messages. I just downloaded 100 to text and then deleted them ggrrrr.
