problem synchronizing pda with exchange

Hi

 

We are having a problem synchronizing two HP 914c PDA's with exchange. The PDA's are running Windows Mobile 6.1 and we are running Exchange Server 2003.

 

The error message we receive is as follows:

 

'ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.

 

Support code:85010001'

 

I have read around on the internet but cannot find a solution. I have read through the article (Michael J. Murphy's WebLog : Windows Mobile 5 and Active Synch) and worked through the advice there but still cannot get the devices to synchronize.

 

Any ideas?
