replication of mysql

Having explored the schools booking system I have discovered its actual content is a very small MYSQL database, I've decided to put it online (seems only sensible), but I was wondering if theres anyway to copy to the intranets MYSQL every 2 hours or so.

 

As although i like the idea, I'm not sure it could be implemented without offering a uptodateish (a hour or two) alternative in the event the internets goes down.

 

P.S booking system is mrbs
