[ms office - 2003] Inserting images into Access 2003

Our year 7s are creating databases (an address book) in Access 2003, but when they copy and paste a picture into a record, that picture is then displayed on all records when there should be different pictures on each record. If I delete that picture, it's then deleted on all records. Is there any way we can have different pictures for each record, maybe a setting we have to change or something like that?

 

And the strange thing is that the problem is only happening on some machines, when all the rooms in question have been Ghosted with the same image...

Check the relationships on the database. This could course funny things to happen. Does the image thing work for you? And are the databases all the same?
