ok got lame mp3 and trying to encode an mp3 at higher bitrate from command line..

 

so done

 

c:\lame\lame.exe -b 80 -cbr -m s c:\edugeek_radio\20060516hifi.mp3 test.mp3

 

But for some reason mp3 still comes out as the original mp3's bitrate etc

havnt got orginal wav file :(

 

that is why i am doing it i get mp3 in 64k mono and need it in 80kbs stero for project working on and need to be done via command line anyideas..
