I need a Winsuite Manual or something!

Right, have decided i need to make another "desktop" in Winsuite, i'm pretty sure i know how to do it, but i wanna do it right. Plus i'm still trying to work out what the manager before me has done.

 

In front of me i have "Winsuite AD - Training Manual" from Elonex (!?), but it hasnt got what i need, can anyone send me or point me in the direction of a slightly more indepth version!
