Mac Preference Controls

Hi all.

 

Can anyone tell me how to control Mac's with Workgroup Admin? My users are logging onto iMacs, with account validation being done by Windows Active Directory but I dont know how to get workgroup admin ro control their drive mappings and desktop preferences.

You wull need a Mac Server to lock them down.

Sorry forgot to say that I've got a Mac OS X server running Tiger.

Have a read through the stickies at the top of the Mac Forum. Ross has done a number of helpful guides. The rest comes down to reading the manuals really.

 

It also differs whether you are using 10.4 or 10.5 on the server and on the client ...
