Windows clipart and licensing issues on newsletter?

If we produce documents, newsletters for pupils or parents or put these are the website and have used Microsoft clipart in these documents is there any licensing issues? We are fully lisenced for over 300 copies of Microsft Office 2003 in the school but i have been asked this question about if we are breaking any laws/rules by producing documents for parents or our website?

Even some Commercial clip art is OK for educational use.
