Moodle or alternative VLE

I'm wondering if anyone here has Moodle or an alternative VLE installed on a private development server that I can have access to. I'm having real difficulty getting a SCORM package to upload and Test Track keeps timing out for me. The packages are quite large in size (~150MB) but they can be deleted after.

 

Would appreciate the help!

Can anyone suggest a program that will allow me to test SCORM packages on my local machine?

We Dokeos for ours... it's "live" but not actually in use. PM me and i'll give you some login details (i'm interesting in using scorm aswell!).
