Well I'm sitting here, with a busted up lip, broken tooth and a back that looks like a punching ball from my 'fall' last week. I also have a heavy cold - [ god knows why I came in on my 650 this morning..... ] - I can't be arsed to get up and do things as my back hurts everytime I do so its a case of do as much as I can at my desk.........

I refuse to sit at home !!!

I spent all Saturday night and all day Sunday puking my guts up and with a raging temperature only to find this morning that I was well enough to come in. S'not fair! I wanted a day at home watching cr@p tv and Deal or No Deal whilst drinking Jack Daniels.
