Michael Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 It could be a Windows Software Restriction Policy, or typically, various proxy filtering systems allow you to block *.zip files from being downloaded.
matt40k Posted November 20, 2008 Author Posted November 20, 2008 The zip in question was created on the actual machine. However it was on Windows 2003 R2 which has everything in locked down and it doesn't like Capita's DynaZip compression library.
