dmansfield Posted November 21, 2008 Author Posted November 21, 2008 Forgive me for asking, but I'm interested as we almost went down the Fronter route ourselves, don't you pay for support? well, we don't pay for anything at mo as our borough has paid for our subscription for two years. Yes we do get support but not enough...Trouble is there are 2 people supporting the borough from lgfl which is not enough. Also i want to do more with it and waiting round for things to happen isn't my style. I thought it'd be helpful for users of fronter.
beeswax Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Our LEA was offering to pay 3 years subs for Uniservity if we took it on board, but it turned out they were going to withold part of our Harnessing Technology grant to cover the costs. You don't get owt fer nowt.
rbryant Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 If you're looking for support with strategy and training then check out this site: Waltham Forest MLE Support
Fronter Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 (edited) There is also some valuable page on London Grid for Learnings website, sign posting you to various areas of interest: mle.lgfl.net www.frontersupport.com which is the official fronter support site, this is mainly technical help rather than implementation however.
