[openoffice - 3] Open Office and Office 2007

Does anyone know whether the latest version of Open Office is fully compatible with Office 2007? Last update I could find was that it could open the files but could not save as them. Anyone know any different?

Hi, as far as I am aware that is the current status, Office 2007 Docs can be opened in Open Office but as for saving, this is till not possible.

 

But Open Office still has my vote, anything that good, with the added advantage of being free can't be half bad.
