Moodle login/out popup

I've just upgraded to Moodle 1.9.2 and now every time someone goes to the homepage, the login window pops up also.

 

This also happens whenever you logout. The main window returns to the hompage and the login page pops up in a new window.

 

This is causing some confusion, especially as the popup window doesn't have the menu or address bars.

 

I can't see a setting that would affect this and i can't see anything in the code either.....

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Bad timing, 1.9.3 was released yesterday
