Secondary INet Filtering

Hi Just after some advice on local secondary filtering, at present we just have the fantastic Smartfilter from the LA, but due to the kids finding ways round this highly complex filter I need something I can better control, after searching two ones pop out (I'm looking for no/low cost ) are Censornet and Dan's Guardian.

 

My Question is this, which one would you use and why?

 

It's not a big unit, about 20 Comps, 10 laptops and 1 DC. I have a semi decent box to stick the filter on.
