techie08 Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Does anyone know why i can boot to netrestore on any Mac? I press n on bootup and the globe appears for roughly a minute but it then boots up the the mac os. Thanks
Jiberoony Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Sounds like it cannot find a bootable network service. Can you give some more information, eg computer, server, boot service, how it is connected to server
techie08 Posted October 10, 2008 Author Posted October 10, 2008 The network point is definatly live and getting a dhcp address from our windows server as ive test a windows client. the netboot service is ticked on the Xserve
