5 Button mice - disable screen rotation?

Got a Dell 5 button mouse on one Admin workstation that every now and then does it's own thing and rotates the screen. Any ideas how to stop this happening please folks?

Is this the same as the short cut keys to rotate the screen? If so you could try disabling the rotation function in the graphics properties?(display properties)

I use a registry fragment to disable screen rotation:
