Performance Management Tracking

Im looking for (web based proffered) system which will allow our head of Performance Management to track PM process and progress.

 

The process is as follows,

 

Teacher makes a request to go on a course

 

Head of PM makes a decision based on relevance of the course

 

If agreed Cover also has to be confirmed (By another member of staff)

 

Head then signs it all off

 

Were looking for a web based system which can hold this information but also allow each different member of staff to login, book, confirm, agree to cover, and head sign off.

 

Then generate reports based on PM turned down, amount allowed etcc

 

 

Anyone got any ideas? Might be we need to customise an existing product which does a similar thing?

 

Basically want a booking system?

I started to write my own a couple of years ago but didn't get very with it and gave up. I'd be interested to hear if they is anything that would do something like you have suggested, but I think its a stab in the dark.
