powdarrmonkey Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 We've just taken delivery of some Laserjet CP2505's, of which I've added one to our jetadmin interface. WJA insists on identifying it as "HP Color Laserjet" instead of its proper model, and won't show any toner levels etc - it's just acting like a generic printer. Any ideas why?
