[ms office - 2003] Office Online Clipart problem

Hi all

 

At the moment we are having problems when trying to download clipart from Microsoft Office online. We can get as far as picking the clipart image, but when we click to download instead of recieving the file we are presented with xml code in the browser.

 

I have attached a file with the xml code.

 

I would appreciate any help on this one.
