esxi xp pro hangs at 37 minutes

I've just installed vmware esxi on my dell pe 840.

 

Trying to install XP Pro SP3 from an iso image and it just got to 37 minutes remaining, installing hardware and just hung.

 

Any ideas?

Karma for dissing me earlier.

 

I had hassle with my PE800 video drivers, but the 2000 drivers for it worked a treat.

Changed the drive type from bus logic to lsi logic and it got past 37 minutes now.
