Websearch not displaying

I have been given the html code for a websearch box that makes the school money everytime it is used. I have modified the images that were supplied with it and got it looking how i want it. However whenever i login and add it as either a new module or content item and click the html button to go to the html editor and then paste the code in click save and all i get is the terms and conditions appear with the other two cells in the table empty?!?!
