PHP photo browser help needed

I’ve been trying to setup Andrew Berg's Flash Photo Browser. I’ve made a test folder on the website and extracted all the files from the demo zip into it but when pointing IE at the .html file all I’m getting is a blank bar. The EMBC is hosting the site and the PHP version 5.2.5 but I know nothing about PHP so I’m totally lost.

 

Can anyone help?
