[wanted] Promethean board controller unit

Does anyone have a promethean board not in use that has an intact controller unit that a school could have?

 

Promethean will not supply just a controller unit and am trying to avoid buying a new board.

 

Am waiting to hear from an external company to see if they have managed to solder the power cable into place as it is the connector that has been damaged.

By controller unit, did you mean the circuit board that plugs into the back of the whiteboard? I've just had a quote of £450 + installation for a new circuit board for our 78" Activboard.
