weird Logon Problem

When a few users (when i say a few, i mean about 3) logon, they cannot see their userarea, so they have to log off then back on again to get it. This happens every morning. We have re-joined the machines back to the domain, but we are still having the problem.

 

Has anyone else had this problem??

Possibly network drivers, have seen on a few machine the drivers that come with windows don't fully jump into action until windows has logged on once.

 

Try downloading drivers straight from manufacture and use them instead.

Right ok, thanks, though they are dells, so downloaded them from the dell site, now i have had problems from the dell site before.
