jdg101 Posted September 30 Posted September 30 Hello, We've have had serval instances of Testwise/GL Assessment tests for NGRT Form A returning to the first page of the test when a student is part way though(usually closer to the end). Has anyone else experienced similar issues with these tests? We are using Securly extension filtering, but all URLS are globally allowed. Still working though it with there support but, the intermittent nature makes it very had to reproduce for any troubleshooting. I was therefore wondering whether anyone else has encountered this behaviour and, if so, what the cause turned out to be.
Alex333 Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) Hello, We have the same issue with only one students out of 450. We tried it with several devices, always the same - only with this user. The support team keeps advising us looking around our local network settings. Required domains are allowed, no restrictions. I have a feeling this is an unconfirmed issue on their end.
