SWGFL Assisted Monitoring Service

Good morning,

Does anyone currently use, or has previously used, the SWGfL Assisted Monitoring Service?

If so, how effective is it at identifying genuine safeguarding concerns and reducing false positives?

We currently use Classroom.cloud and are arranging a demonstration of the Assisted Monitoring Service. Our DSL is very keen to explore Smoothwall Monitor, but we want to look at the SWGfL option first, as we already use Classroom.cloud.

Any feedback, positive or negative, would be very much appreciated.
