Got a strange one that I cannot get to the bottom of.

Outlook 365 classic, fully up to date on a Windows 10 machine (yes I know, it is what it is) when printing certain emails Outlook crashes.  Nothing that I can see similar on the affected emails, have to crash out of Outlook but will still not print.  Have recreated Outlook profile and it still does it, read various articles about trying virtual printers, deleteting certain files, no joy.

I'm at a bit of a loss, any suggestions?

I recall something similar happening in one of our schools a couple of years ago, turned out to be a print driver incompatibility. We had to revert those machines from using a more modern V4 driver to a V3 PostScript driver before they would print without crashing again. Initially, given that you've already done everything to repair Outlook minus a full clean reinstall, I'd recommend:

- Stop the Spooler service, clear the C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS folder, restart the service, test

- Reinstall the current printer driver cleanly, test

- Revert to a V3 PS driver, test

- Full clean reinstall of Office

- Reimage machine
