SIMS crash loading Student record

Edulink gives us a better error

 

Last build failed: failed job: Students and Applicants: failed to get details for student ID XXXXXX: Call to SIMS agent failed (attempts=3): Student.Details : SIMS.NET internal error: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

 

Two Students so far

 

Roll over seems fine

 

Any ideas how you can get into a Student record when doing so crashes SIMS

Seen this before years ago but cannot recall the fix and being first day SIMS helplines busy

Issue caused by apostrophe in some contacts

 

You have to go in to Contact and fix

 

Also ESS went through running Db Diagnostics after
