Applicaa - GMail Addresses

Hi all,

 

Are there any Applicaa users here who have had a problem with using the platform to send "Meetings" to prospective parents with GMail addresses?

 

Our exams and admissions teams setup the "meetings" to prospective parents inviting their child to take the entrance test but all the parents with GMail addresses reported not receiving it, not even in spam or junk.

 

I did not have much to do with the setup of Applicaa but if I remember rightly it does not use our 365 tenancy to send\receive directly.
