Vizi Hex lighting issue

Hi 

 

Has anyone got any experience with these lights? 

 

I've just been giving our lighting some tlc and one of them is making a loud buzzing noise. When I've taken it down it looks like the zoom motor is stuck.. removing the cover didn't really show anything obvious as it's a different mechanism than the  tilt and turn motors that are belt driven.

 

Just wondered if they are fixable.
